Preparing Images for Whitewall

1. Download color profile from  http://de.whitewall.com/faq
1. Hahnemühle „William Turner” Büttenpapier (310g/m²), matt 
   Premium K3 Art Pigment Print mit Epson Pro 11880
2. install profile 
3. start photoshop
4. open image
5. choose view/proof setup and select the respective whitewall profile
6. choose view/color proof (STR+Y) to inspect your image

recommended workflow from whitewall

1. Starten von Adobe Photoshop
2. Öffnen der zu simulierenden Datei
3. Menü > Ansicht > Proof einrichten > Benutzerde...
4. Das Profil unter "zu simulierendes Gerät" auswählen
5. "RGB-Nummern erhalten" nicht anwählen
6. Renderpriorität "Relativ farbmetrisch" mit "Tiefenkompensierung"
7. Optional "Papierfarbe simulieren"
8. Bestätigung des Dialogs mit OK
9. Überprüfen sie Ihr Farbprofil im Vollbildmodus auf grauem Hintergrund

If your are not satisfied withe the result, than try following adjustments

1. add an adjustment layer Exposure "Gamma +1,3" "Offset -0,0053"
2. add an  adjustment layer Curve "make a nice S-Curve" in order to raise up the contrasct

After the soft proof is done, save your image as TIFF

1. choose layers/falten image
2. choose channels and delete any unused channels 
3. choose edit/convert to profile and select as destination space Adobe RGB (1998)
4. choose file/save as TIFF
